Purposes
The data entered voluntarily by the user (personal identification, contact data, as well as products of interest and company to which they belong), will be used for:
a) access My Business Cibus Tec portal with prior authorization from the Owner and credentials
b) offer the Buyer the possibility of inserting product categories of his interest in order to quickly and effectively identify the technology suppliers of his interest
c) communications relating to the service offered, platform updates or updates on use or functions
d) Defensive purposes
e) customer satisfaction with regard to the services provided directly and/or indirectly by the Data Controller
f) acquisition of information useful for business matching
These treatments are necessary to offer the service described in this form and are not subject to consent.
g) the sending of general communications regarding the same type of services / fairs or events by e-mail to the address you provide.
The methods of providing this service follow the rules of the so-called “soft-spam” on the basis of art. 130 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. The interested party may at any time request the revocation of these newsletters using the email contact above.
Recipients
Your data will be processed by instructed and instructed subjects. The data collected will not be disclosed or disseminated. To achieve the purposes, some data excluding the contact data may be made available to the identified exhibitors.
Storage
Personal data will be processed to provide the requested information and will be kept for a period of 10 years from the last use. In case of defense in court, some data may be kept until the end of the dispute. The contact data, in particular the email address will be used for sending communications or newsletters and will be kept until a cancellation request is made.
Transfer of non-EU data
There are no structured transfers of Personal Data of the Data Subject to non-European countries. For some organizational needs it is possible that cloud services located outside the EU may be activated, in these cases it will be the responsibility of the owner to comply with all the provisions set out in Chapter V of EU Regulation 2016/679 in order to ensure an adequate level of protection. Possibly priority will always be given to countries declared adequate by the European Commission or that have provided adequate mechanisms (EU-US Privacy Shield)
Rights of the interested party
You have the right to ask the data controller for access to your personal data, rectification, limitation and cancellation. Right to Complaint
