IFT was created in the heart of tomato factories thanks to the knowledge and experience handed on from father to son throughout almost 100 years. Tradition and innovation are the winning combination that allows the Company to produce machines used by past generations. The INOX FOOD TECHNOLOGY was funded by Lodovico Soldati, with the help of his sons Leonardo and Luigi, to satisfy the primary needs of the food processing industry.
